Looking east across the settlement site from the shingle bank. Pile foundations are visible in the foreground and further back and the Cabin is just visible in the background. The hills above Deadman's Cove are faintly visible in the far background.

Looking west across 'The Harbour' to the open sea. The houses shown in the first photograph on the Newfoundland Fisheries Report page were on the arm of the shingle bank roughly in line with the east-west axis of the harbour and the dory boats shown in the same photograph were moored just off the bank. |
